This Shipping & Ordering Policy governs the processing, handling, dispatch, and delivery of orders placed through Clarus Peptides By placing an order or accessing this website, you agree to the terms below.
Ordering and Fulfillment
Orders may be placed through the ClarusPeptides website at any time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Once your order is submitted and payment has been authorized, it will be reviewed and processed. After payment is received and approved, your order will be filled, packaged, and prepared for shipment.
You will receive an email confirmation with shipping details once your order has been dispatched.
Same‑Day Shipping Cutoff
Orders that are placed on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) are generally shipped the same business day. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends or holidays, will be processed and shipped on the next business day.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship products to addresses within the United States only. International shipping is not offered at this time.
Shipping Methods and Charges
ClarusPeptides uses reputable delivery services to fulfill orders. Available shipping options and associated fees are:
- Standard Shipping (USPS) — $15.00
- Expedited Shipping (2nd Day) — delivery to $35, depending on weight and delivery location
- Free Standard Shipping on orders with a merchandise total of $175.00 or more
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout unless free shipping applies.
Specific couriers will be confirmed once logistics arrangements are finalized.
Estimated Delivery and Carrier Responsibility
Delivery timeframes depend on the shipping method selected and the delivery destination. Estimated delivery dates provided by the carrier are approximate and not guaranteed. ClarusPeptides is not responsible for delivery delays caused by carriers, weather, customs holds, or other events beyond our control.
Tracking and Shipment Confirmation
After your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing shipment and tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active on the carrier’s tracking system.
Risk of Loss / Carrier Damage
Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer when the shipment is delivered to the carrier. ClarusPeptides is not liable for products lost, damaged, or delayed during transit by the shipping carrier.
If your order arrives with missing, damaged, or incorrect items that are clearly due to ClarusPeptides’ fulfillment error, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery. After review, we may assist in resolving the issue based on available documentation and our internal policies. This may include assistance in filing a claim with the carrier, but does not guarantee replacement or refund.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their shipping information at checkout. ClarusPeptides is not responsible for orders that are delayed, misrouted, or undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the buyer.
